How I Deal with the Stress of it all!

Do you ever struggle with comparing yourself to others?

 

Not just comparing yourself to someone else, but how you manage stress compared to someone else?! 

 

I am a firm believer that you just never know how much someone else is taking on and how much mental load different aspects of their life are bogging them down with. You can't compare how much is on your plate with anyone else, because we all have different sized plates. #RealFacts. 

 

Sometimes when I start to feel really overwhelmed by how much is on my plate I try to find systems that help me feel like I am getting my sanity back.
